The majority of today's dis-eases and dysfunctions are directly related to the health of your gut microbiome and the mind-gut relationship including; cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, metabolic syndrome, liver disease, Parkinson's disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, and the long list continues.
