Nature Bathing is also known as Shinrin-yoku, originating from Japan. The therapeutic and relaxing practice of mindful engagement and immersion in the natural environment, utilising all of your senses to connect with nature, grounding and revitalising you in your most natural state.

​As a certified EcoTherapy Guide, these FREE Guided Nature Bathing Walks are my heartfelt gift to you, cultivating nature immersion opportunities each week for some sacred 'YOU' time.

Book your FREE spot for some sacred 'YOU' time 7am-8am in Traralgon - Railway Conservation Reserve. There are no obligations at all to commit to every week. Feel free to join me when you can and share a herbal tea with gentle conversation afterwards before re-entering the world in a more centred and grounded state of being.

Each Nature Bathing Walk includes;

Mindfully slow, guided walks along a gentle, gravel path through nature to slow the mind and body, reducing stress and promoting a deep sense of calm,

Grounding in the present moment through guided re-engagement of your primary senses as we wander,
-
Short guided meditation half way through, returning home to your body, soul and nature,
-
Share a herbal tea and gentle conversation afterward before re-entering the world.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather,

These walks are silent in order to cultivate introspective experiences for everyone. As such, I invite you to turn phones off or leave them in your vehicle, this minimises interruption of thoughts and enhances everyone's intimate connection and experience with themselves and the environment,

Walks will go ahead even in light rain so please bring a rain jacket and/or umbrella. I will notify you ahead of time if the weather is highly unsuited or unsafe to continue,

Please arrive no later than 6.55am as we will begin promptly at 7am, meeting inside the entrance of Traralgon Railway Conservation Reserve, Hickox Street Car Park.​

Distance: 1km return (maximum) mobility access varies - see individual programs
Groups: Up to 10 people (minimum of 5) Age groups vary - see individual programs
Investment: $35 p/adult, $30 p/child (under 16) and concession
