As a certified EcoTherapy Coach and Guide, all programs are tailored and co-designed with you to cultivate and enhance personal health & wellbeing, team coherence and resilience.

Program Details

EcoTherapy Programs can involve a customised series of sequential workshops for ongoing development.

​

Sessions:              range from 2 hour through to 1 day immersive programs – individually tailored

Distance:              generally no more than 1km return – individually tailored

Environment:       tailored to suit required outcomes – forest, bushland, beach, mountains & adapted for office based sessions

Groups:                 tailored to suit (minimum of 5)

Investment:         dependent on tailored package – quote is provided based on discussed program scope

EcoTherapy Programs cater for both beginners and advanced groups, and include core elements;​

​

  • Mindfully slow, guided walks along a natural path through nature to slow the mind and body, reducing stress and promoting a deep sense of calm. These can be effectively adapted to suit office based environments.

  • Grounding in the present moment through guided mindful activities and invitations that engage all primary senses. Short guided meditation half way through, returning home to your body, soul and nature connection

  • Shared herbal tea closing circle, reflection and integration of experience before re-entering the world

 

Other key program elements to enhance the tailored experience can be incorporated and may include;

  • Customised guided activities designed to achieve defined scope & outcomes 

  • Provision of wholesome, seasonal foods as nourishing snacks or meals

  • Transport if necessary

  • Any relevant materials or resources as defined in the tailored scope of program
