Integrating Nature Based Therapy with holistic health through guided nature based experiences & intervention programs to enhance physical, mental and emotional healing & wellbeing.

EcoTherapy is also known as Shinrin-yoku, originating from Japan. The therapeutic and relaxing practices of mindful engagement and immersion in the natural environment, utilising all of your senses to connect with nature, grounding, healing and revitalising you in your most natural state. This includes intervention practices which are evidence based and are a powerful complement to medical or remedial therapies for profound healing outcomes.

Some of the most profound effects of regular nature immersion come from plants.
